Compilation video 1) A full version of Let's Build a World for Us All = A very moving video about letting go of labels. The video opens in black and white. The videos show Sherry Manning discussing the agenda, possible actions Council members can take and how to find more information. They feature Close Captioning and a sign language interpreter. 3) Hear Me! People with Developmental Disabilities Speak Out. A trailer of the public awareness editorial we are working on to help dispel myths and public misconceptions about people with disabilities. It’s a compilation of 3 segments: How to Act When You Meet Someone With A Disability, Things We Are Tired Of Hearing and What We Want the World to Know.

WHAT IS HANDICAB? Handicab is a new proposed taxicab company that will be designed for people with disabilities and seniors with mobility challenges. Though you need not have a disability to ride with Handicab, priority will be given to those who do. All cabs will be 100% handicap accessible, with thoroughly trained drivers and dispatchers who understand the needs of people with disabilities. All cabs will be GPS equipped.
